TOSCANA offers a wide range of dining and private dining experiences.
In addition to The Trattoria main dining room, which seats
75 guests, The Chef’s Room is a semi-private dining
room that seats 14 under the care of the executive chef.
The
following rooms are offered for private dining and special events:
The Limonaia
Garden Room, The Studio & The Enoteca, these
are private dining rooms that seat 50, 40 & 16 guests respectively. These
rooms may feature, as desired by the guest, a personal chef,
a private kitchen with a Tuscan wood-fired oven, or a private
bar.
SUPER
TUSCAN DINING
The Enoteca is our most special room, reserved for those
who require the most discriminating service, menu and wine. In
this room guests enjoy what is called the “Super Tuscan” dining
experience.
A
menu is personally created and paired with wines by Valter Nassi
for each group. This menu represents the finest in ingredients
and care. Seasonal selections are prepared to mirror the
foods that are available at the time in Valter’s home, Monte
Sansovino, Tuscany. The Enoteca wine cellar is exclusive
to the room where the finest regional wines are sampled and presented
for the evening. A highly trained service staff and a personal
bartender are at the guest’s disposal for the evening, operating
under Valter’s watchful eye.
